Fresh Fruits & Crema Chantilly


Who doesn’t love summer fruits? Add in some fresh Chantilly cream and you have a masterpiece in the making. This weekend our kitchen team were inspired and wanted to make their own statement on the classic fruit tart also known as a Californiana.

End of season is now approaching for figs. Therefore most probably this weekend will be the last to find fresh figs for antipasto or dessert on our special menu.

We have also prepared a new batch of hand-made gnocchi plus delicious papardelle which we will be served with a local rabbit ragu.

We are also introducing the local lampuki fish on our menu this weekend as it is now in season. A must try indeed.

Chicken breast rolled with ricotta cheese & spinach and covered with Parma ham

Fresh Lampuki Rolls – €15
Fresh local dorado fish fillets rolled with lemon & herbs. Served with a tomato & olive sauce.
