Join us for our Gourmet Dinner


We are happy to announce that we will be organising a gourmet dinner on Wednesday, 29 October 2014. We have a designed a special menu which includes an indulging selection of charicature, fresh pasta with earth mushrooms, and a conclusion with a selection of  aged and artisinal cheeses. This is certainly a night for foodies as the dinner will also be accompanied by a selection of three classic Italian wines which we are specifically pairing for each course. Following is the full menu for this tasty evening.

First Course

Charcuterie platter with a selection of 6 Italian cured hams

Including Prosciutto di Parma D.O.C., Salame Siciliano al Pistacchio (pork), Coppa Stagionata di Collecchio di Parma, Salamino di Cinghiale dell’Appennino Senese (wild boar), Salsiccia di Cinghiale Siciliano (wild boar), and Salamino di Cervo (deer)

Accompanied by the following wine:

Fior di Luna (Vermentino, Albarola, Greco)

Second Course

Pappardelle with a Symphony of Mushrooms

Freshly made pasta sheets cooked and served with a selection of earthy mushrooms including Portobello mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, chester mushrooms, button mushrooms, and porcini mushrooms

Accompanied by the following wine:

Third Course

Platter with aged and artisanal cheeses complimented with home-made marmalades

Includes Formaggio di Fossa stagionato in foglie di Castagno, Parmigiano Reggiano di Vacche Rosse stagionato 24 mesi, Pecorino primo sale al Pepe nero and Tuma Siciliana. Complemented with pomegranate marmalade, apple and ginger marmalade, clementine and vanilla marmalade, and Gozo honey.
