Welcome Chef Cesare – Our Guest Chef this weekend


We have a new visitor this weekend in our kitchen at Maldonado. His name is Cesare and he comes from Italy’s Romagna region. A good friend of ours, Cesare has decided to visit Gozo for a quick weekend to enjoy what we call a ‘working holiday‘! Cesare has worked in top kitchens in London, Paris, Rome and Milan. Now currently based in the gastronomic city of Parma, Cesare has also had the honour to work with internationally reknown chef Gualtiero Marchesi.

Cesare has prepared a number of special dishes for this weekend. Our resident chef Michella is very excited collaborating with Chef Cesare to prepare some delicious and enticing dishes our patrons will certainly love.
