Please note that Christmas Eve is fully booked. Unfortunately we will not be able to take further reservations on this evening.

Following is the menu we plan to serve on Christmas Eve. We have done our best to offer an indulging selection of special seasonal delicacies including unique and authentic ingredients which we plan to source for this special evening.

Tomino di Capra

Grilled goat cheese served with beetroot puree and caramelised onions

Bombolini dell’Adriatico

Sea snails cooked with tomato sauce, wild fennel, garlic, chili & white wine

Tris of Polenta

Rabbit Liver / Artichokes / Wild Boar

Gnocchi with Goose Ragù

Freshly prepared potato’s gnocchi with pulled goose meat and tomato ragù

Cappelletti in brodo di Cappone

Fresh hand-made pasta filled with mix of meat, parmesan and nutmeg. Served in a cappone broth.

Tagliatelle Paglia e Fieno all’ Astice

Fresh hand-made green & white long pasta with lobster, cherry tomato, shallot and basil.

Festive Breast of Goose

Pan-seared and roasted with maple syrup, lime and apple

Veal Pasticciata Natalizia

Braised veal fillet complimented with poached spinach and tomato sauce

Salmon Parmigiana

Layers of cured Scottish salmon, eggplant, and mozzarella di bufala

Baci di Dama

Italian-style macaroons with Nutella, mascarpone and coconut flakes

Dark Chocolate & Beetroot Mousse

Topped with coffee foam

Apple & Ginger Crumble

With vanilla pudding and almond flakes
