We are happy to announce a culinary collaboration between Maldonado Bistro, Farsons Direct and Markus Divinus to be held on Friday, 31 May 2024.
Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a 6-course dinner paired with 7 boutique wines by Markus Divinus. The theme of the menu is inspired by local nostalgia as guests will be entertained by the wine maker himself, Mark Borg.
Price is Eur95 per person including the 6-course dinner, 7 wines, water and coffee. Space is limited for this one-off event.

In the high planes of Dingli, there is a small boutique winery patiently nurturing exquisite grapes. Markus Divinus is dedicated to producing wines that represent Malta’s agricultural heritage. Embodying the Maltese essence, the boutique winery produces wines with indigenous grape varieties, such as Girgentina and Ġellewża amongst other varieties.
From the soil where the vineyards grow to the wood of the barrels – every detail is featured in this equation. A passionate family endeavour led by the wine maker himself, Mark Borg. The result is fine and bold wines full of complexity and vigour.
