We are glad to announce a new dish we are adding to our current summer menu – Aubergine Carpaccio. The dish consists of the flesh of roasted aubergine complimented with a tomato dressing, tomato concasse, Gozo cheese, pine nuts, yoghurt & sumac. A lot of different textures which come together to make a wonderful dish.

The dish is quite filling and we have decided to place it with our main course options. Even though this dish might be sceptical by non-vegetarians, we must say that this dish is very satisfying on the eye, palate, and belly. Give it a try on your next visit Maldonado Bistro.
