Our menu for New Year’s Eve is now available for viewing. For the festive season our American chef, Graham Bellefuille, will be heading our kitchen brigade. To compliment end-of-year celebrations in the city of Victoria, we too have prepared an enticing menu fit for a kings and queens.
The menu will be on a set-menu basis where guests can select on the night if they prefer a 3-course or 4-course meal. All guests will be welcome with a glass of Spanish cava followed by an amouse bouche to kick start the dinner. At the end guest can choose from our brewed coffees and teas and enjoy our own home-made petit fours.
