New Year’s Eve Menu

It is the last day of the year and we felt like ending it with a succulent feast of flavours. Following is the menu we will be serving on New Year’s Eve.

We will not be serving from our standard menu on this evening.




Sformatino di Radicchio

Baked radicchio parcel filled with gorgonzola & coffee

Beef Carpaccio con Pecorino di Cartoceto

With marinated red cabbage, pecorino di fossa di Cartoceto & white truffle

Fresh Oysters

Freshly imported French oysters complimented with tobasco & lime

Ravioli di Cacao

Freshly prepared ravioli with a cacao infused dough filled with gorgonzola & speck. Sautéed with butter & sage.

Cannelloni di Mare

Pasta tubes filled with boneless gurbel baked with aromatised béchamel and tomato.

Tagliatelle di Acqualagna

Freshly prepared long pasta with chestnut flour sautéed with funghi porcini and white truffle personally sourced from Acqualagna.

Beef Fillet Giulio Cesare

Wrapped with lardo di colonnata & bay leaves. Flambéed with gin & prunes

Three Kings Lamb

French rack of prime New Zealand lamb crusted with pecorino cheese & wild fennel. Complimented with a spiced pear chutney.

Langosta Asada

Half lobster roasted with thyme & breadcrumbs. Served with a wasabi mayonnaise & Catalana salad

Mozzarella Cheese Cake

Made with fresh mozzarella with a chocolate cookie base and topped with wild berries

Squaquerone Mousse

Mousse with an authentic sweet-soft cheese from Emilia-Romagna infused with caramelised pear, Port wine, Saba liqueur & mint
