Taster Menu

In parallel with our a la carte menu, we offer a taster menu for guests who love to explore a wider spectrum of our kitchen. A menu inspired by our own nostalgia of the past, with a foot on the future.

Our menu aims to entertain fellow epicureans while visiting our island of Gozo. A produce driven menu where we celebrate in our own humble way the gastronomy of the Maltese islands.
